For the information: Jerzy Dudek played for Liverpool (2001-07) and for Real Madrid (2007-11). Steve McManaman played for Liverpool (1987-99) and for Real Madrid (1999-2003). Michael Owen played for Liverpool (1990-2004) and for Real Madrid (2004-05).

In this match Robbie Fowler and Ian Rush played in shirts with number 9 on back side shirt.

Left side image, goalkeeper shirts in locker room before match. In match Sander Westerveld and Jerzy Dudek played in goalkeeper shirts with short sleeves. In what the reason? And the answer is simple, the matter is that they cut off sleeves before the beginning of a match. At the left you can see a fragment of a sleeve (Jerzy Dudek shirt), the edge is cut off roughly. Else one detail, Jerzy Dudek li9ke played in goalkeeper shirts with short sleeves.
