  This Umbro labels "1 to 4"  with different shirts may be made with 1962 to 1965. Difficult say which Umbro labels was on Liverpool FC shirts  Label "5" with Liverpool shirt which used in FA Cup Final match 1965. Label "6" with Liverpool shirt which used in season 1967-68, but may be may be before.
  Else one detail, if shirt was sold on auction, written when they used, but data manufactured shirt and used can different.E

Interesting fact. In left Roger Hunt home shirt № 8, this shirt was sold on auction Sotheby (11.09.2003) for J744. If to see better, can to see what have one riddle, why on embroidered club emblem (Liverbird embroidered on an oval) without abbreviation (L.F.C.). What this mistake on shirt or shirt was used in Friendly match when played players different clubs (Everton).               For Charity Shield mattches versus Southampton (14.08.1976( and versus Manchester United (13.08.1977), was made shirt with a special one-off match embroidery, but Liverbird embroidered without abbreviation (L.F.C.).

Author site "Historicalkits.co.uk" Dave Moor, has assumed, that shirts with a short sleeve, were used in good weather, and with a long sleeve, in cold. The logic in it is, but may be so business in other.   My pages about history of Liverpool shirts in 50s years, most likely, contain mistakes in dating use of a shirt with a while turn-down collar or with V-neck collar. Why it is difficult, not so it is a lot of photos (at me) these years and very little where there is a date when the photo is made. It concerns also a photo of a Liverpool team.   Interesting fact. Have one paradoks, answer to which at me is not present. In last home match af Anfield, versus West Ham United (27.04.1957), Liverpool played in home shirt with white turn-down collar & Liverbird and long sleeves. What 27 April was cold weather or there were other reasons. Players W.H.U. in this match played in shirt with short sleeve and with V-neck collar (photo in left Alan Arnell).

How I think, course may be I mistake, but on photo two variant Liverpool home goalkeeper shirts. Made of light and heavy fabric. To see on cuffs, 1 variant and 2 variant.

  Not know which color cuffs was in home goalkeeper shirt, may be clarent, red or other color.
