in a year of made and sale of this shirt, 2000-01. I not sale what
you to see on this site, I not owner thos things)
In a end season 1999-00 the design home shirt has changed. Liverpool used home
shirt three seasons, 1999-00, 2000-01 & 2001-02. In season 1999-00, this shirt was
used how second home shirt. In season 2000-01, Liverpool used home shirt how in all home,
as and in more away matches.

* 1.- * - Unknown me now which player kits used in
this matches.
Liverpool player shirt comes without a Carlsberg logo on the crest position
owing to ban of beer sponsoring in countries like Norway. In Friendly main team matches

name players in back side shirt. Number player (start line numbers only with 1 on 11) in
Reserves and Youth teams in back shirt not how shirt 1st team.

for match League Cup Final (25.02.2001) and with special embroidery and patch, for match

Else one, I to see in my programmes with season 2000-01 (have some with start
season), as team U 17s and U 19s played in home replica shirt with plastic logo
"HYDROMOVE" on right sleeve.
This was not first in history club, when in
one of match end season, Liverpool used kits next season. This was how in Friendly, as in
official matches. For example, in matches:
European Cup Final, vs Juventus (Turin, Italy), 29.05.1985.

Interesting fact. This prototype home shirt
for season 2000-01. - image with site www.liverpoolkits.com. |
The home shirt comprising of a radically different style to
the previous few seasons, the Collar reverted to V Neck with raised collars, The collar
also sports a white stripe along the trim of the collar, This stripe can also been seen
running along the full length of the underarm, and then up across the chest to join
underneath the collar, The Makers Reebok badge is written in lettering again, although the
standard Reebok logo has disappeared, Underneath the Reebok logo sits the Liver bird
badge, the design first seen on the aforementioned green away kit of 1999 that lent itself
to the new Home and Away kits of 2000, The Reebok lettering is fully stitched on the
replica shirts and embossed onto the player issue shirts, a complete reversal of the
standard way to differentiate between players and replica shirts.
Across the front of the shirt is a broad stripe in red also, this is in a different
material to the rest of the shirt in a shinier style, across this stripe the club sponsors
Carlsberg display their company logo, At the bottom of the right sleeve upon the replica
shirts sits a small rectangular badge with the word "HydroMove", this is a
reference to the material used in the production of the shirt by Reebok, Although this is
only sported on the Replica shirts and not on the Players issue shirts as shown here.
In season 2000-01, Liverpool used home shirt with special embroidery, this was for
matches League Cup Final and UEFA Cup Final. Was made player shirt with special embroidery
Treble Winners Final, but in this shirt Liverpool not played. Also was made Commemorative
shirts with special embroidery, Wortinghton Cup Winners.
How to distinguish a home shirt of a season 2000-01, from a home shirt of a season
2001-02, very difficultly, I not know now.

Reebok added Yet another new away kit for the 1999-2001
season, The shirt left was introduced described as "turf green" in colour, The
design of the shirt changed quite considerably from the previous kits, The Liver Bird
badge changed fundamentally and was placed for the first time by Reebok in the centre of
the shirt as opposed to the left side of the chest, The Reebok logo also appeared in the
centre of the shirt above the Liverpool badge.
A large white and dark green stripe was sported upon the shirt running horizontally
from the right shoulder to the left hip, This ran through the sponsors logo of Carlsberg
and this stripe was also a first on a Liverpool kit, The collar was a standard turn over
V-neck style in the same dark green as appeared in the stripe, it also had a thin white
stripe on the trim of this green collar, this dark green trimming was repeated at the end
of the sleeves on both the short and long sleeve shirts.

BEWARE!: The easiest way to confirm that a match shirt is
genuine is by the presence of a larger Carlsberg logo across the chest of the shirt
(27cm). As you can see, against Bradford, the match shirts from 2000-01 used small
Carlsberg logos. This makes the shirt a fakers paradise, and despite only being used for
one match, I have seen stacks of so-called player shirts from the Bradford game. These
shirts are often faked with the usual players; Owen, Gerrard, Carragher etc. If you cannot
distinguish a player shirt from a replica or a semifinished item, consult to Michael Yip (www.liverpoolkits.com).

Number player (start line numbers only with 1 on 11) in Reserves team and Youth teams in
back shirt not how shirt 1st team (I think this shirt not used Reserves team and Youth
teams in this season).
In season 2000-01 on player shirt used big Carlsberg logo. Only for matches UEFA
Cup used shirt with small Carlsberg logo and without patch on sleeves (special patch used
only in match UEFA Cup Final).
But those shirts issued for use in the Premier League possessed a much larger
Carlsberg logo, roughly 27.5cm wide. The Carlsberg logo on a player shirt was also made of
a much thicker plastic on the players’ jerseys in addition to ‘thick border’ to the
letters as well. Player shirts also did NOT have a ‘hydromove’ logo located at right
sleeve of the shirt.
How to distinguish a away shirt of a season 2001-02, from a third shirt of a season
2002-03, very difficultly, but I now not know. Now it is difficult to find euro shirt
which used in away match versus Barcelona (11.04.2001).

specified in a year of made and sale of this shirt, 2000-01. I not
sale what you to see on this site, I not owner thos things)
In a end season 1999-00 the design home goalkeeper shirt has changed. Liverpool
used home goalkeeper shirt four seasons, 1999-00, 2000-01, 2001-02 & 2002-03. In
season 1999-00, this shirt was used how second home goalkeeper shirt. In season 2000-01,
2001-02, this shirt was used how home goalkeeper shirt. In season 2002-03, this shirt was
used how fourth goalkeeper shirt. Liverpool used home goalkeeper shirt how in home, as and
in away matches. In season 2000-01, Liverpool used with home goalkeeper shirt different
kits:
Home goalkeeper shorts and home goalkeeper socks
Pants

In this moment I know what Liverpool FC players Main,

In season 2000-01 for home goalkeeper shirt used small
Carlsberg logo.
Lleft image, Sander Westerveld (home goalkeeper shirt with
small Carlsberg logo) & Markus Babbel (home player shirt with big Carlsberg logo) in
away Premier League versus Leeds United (04.11.2000).
In season 2000-01, Liverpool used home goalkeeper shirt with special embroidery,
for match League Cup Final (25.02.2001) and with special embroidery and patch, for match
UEFA Cup Final (16.05.2001).
As usual, the best way to confirm a shirt is match issued is to view the Carlsberg
logo. If it is 27cm wide then you can rest assured that it’s a genuine match shirt.
Interestingly enough, Reebok also changed the material the Carlsberg logo was
constructed with for players’ shirts. The larger Carlsberg logos are made from a much
thicker plastic on player shirts, with a slightly ‘pink’ outside border to each
letter. Generally speaking the ‘hydromove’ logo found on the is under a collar on a
back was removed for the player's shirts. |
This was not first in history club, when in
one of match end season, Liverpool used kits next season. This was how in Friendly, as in
official matches. For example, in matches:
European Cup Final, vs Juventus (Turin, Italy), 29.05.1985.
Premier League, vs Stoke City, 24.05.2015.
Full list to see here.
How to distinguish a home goalkeeper shirt of a season 2000-01, from a home
goalkeeper shirt of a season 2001-02 or from a four goalkeeper shirt of a season 2002-03,
very difficultly, I not know now.
