1991-92
Home players shirt
Manufacturer: Adidas
Club sponsor: Camdy
Years worn: 1991-92
In this home shirt Liverpool first played in ...
Replica shirt short sleeve price: J28,99 (the price is specified
in a year of made and sale of this shirt, 1991)
Replica Centenary jersey price: J34,99
In a season 1991-92 the design home shirt has changed. Liverpool used home shirt
one season, 1991-92. Liverpool used home shirt how in all home, as and in more away
matches.
H 1.0 - Home shirt (patches THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE) with
home shorts & home socks.
H 1.1 - Home shirt (patches THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE &
special embroidery FA Cup Final) with home shorts & home socks.
This last season deal with team sponsor Camdy, with next season 1992-93, Liverpool
will played in kits with team sponsor Carlsberg. Liverpool played in kits with team
sponsor Camdy with 1988 to 1992.
After the mixed reaction to the previous home shirt, Adidas
created a new design to mark the arrival of the 1990s. Whilst the crude Adidas sponsoring
is nothing short of unadulterated self-promotion, The jersey itself is very simple, two
pieces of material stitched together down the sides – and that is it! The three stripes
on the shoulder and the Candy logo are all part of the material itself, not ironed,
embossed or embroidered on like previous shirts. The Division One Football League patches
had now become a regular feature on both sleeves.
In season 1991-92, Liverpool used home shirt with special embroidery, this was for
match FA Cup Final (09.05.1992).
|
|
Interesting fact. In end season Liverpool FC
celebrated Centenary club 1892-1992. Was made team photo when Liverpool players was
dressing old kits (fragment photo in left). Players not only dressed the kits of the era,
but also did haircuts (nabriolinennymi hair and mustache).
Written what in this kits, Liverpool played in home
Lancashire League match versus Higher Walton, 8-0 (03.09.1892), at Anfield.
About these retro kits, I not know what think. In long
history Liverpool FC more white holes (I about kits). |
In season 1991-92, for match FA Cup Final was use fabric and design home shirt
season with 1992-93, only with rubber embossed Candy logo. (image in below).
Graeme Souness in home Central League match vs Aston Villa,
05.10.1991. On home shirt we to see patch THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE. Difficult say in all
Central League matches Liverpool FC Reserves was used shirts with patches THE FOOTBALL
LEAGUE.
