Liverpool also played in 60's Charity Shield matches, but and this matches used simple shirt, without special embroidery.

I now not have any photos with this Testimonial match. For this Testimonial Phil Thompson match, on tracksuit top also was made special embroidery. Only on back side tracksuit top was not CROWN PAINTS logo, was Asda logo (below) - sponsor Testimonial Phil Thompson match.

Was used a special one-off match embroidery in capital letters "PHIL THOMPSON 1982/83" on the chest of the shirt.
